Overview

The ITIL V3 Qualifications scheme is comprised of a series of ITIL certifications focused on various aspects of ITIL Best Practice. Structured using a modular approach, there are four levels of certification within the scheme:

By successfully passing an ITIL certification exam or certification module, you accumulate credits which lead to an award of the ITIL Expert in Service Management. To be awarded the qualification you need a total of 22 credits.

ITIL Foundation Level

Are you new to ITIL? The entry level for the ITIL V3 Qualification scheme is the Foundation level. This level focuses upon providing individuals with a strong grounding knowledge in the key concepts, terminology and processes of ITIL V3. The ITIL Foundation qualification is achieved successfully answering 65% of the 40 question, one-hour multiple choice examination. We can book an exam date for you. Foundation represents 2 credits towards the ITIL Expert qualification.
