The Learning Management System, known as a LMS, is an industry leading and multilingual
platform implemented by companies such as HSBC and Cathay Pacific. There is no setup fee or
installation required, and a one year subscription costs just £1 per month per user. The LMS
offers full user management, comprehensive progress reports, and the ability to add your
owntraining content. With LMS to LMS integration, there is no need for your training programme
to not be efficiently managed from start to finish.
The Learning Management System will cost your business nothing to setup. You don’t even have to
install the LMS; the Learning Management System is accessible anytime, anywhere in the world via a
web browser such as Internet Explorer.
The LMS features the User Editor tool, allowing your business to view and manage the profile
of any employee enrolled on one of our IT training programmes. The User Editor tool allows
department managers to:
- View the courses that an employee is enrolled on.
- View their progress on each of the courses.
- Change the password to an employee’s account.
- View or edit an employee’s profile.
- Change the default language and time zone of the LMS.
The LMS provides you with progress reports for every employee enrolled on your IT training
programme. Progress reports can be calculated on a day, week or month time period. All reports
can be delivered directly to a manager’s email.
The LMS is SCORM compliant, enabling your business to add additional training content such
as videos and PDF downloads. For example, you may want to add your own Microsoft Office document
templates to the LMS, allowing staff to train within the restrictions of the company’s brand guidelines.
We recognise the importance of providing a system that fits within a user's locality. Therefore,
our LMS is a multilingual platform, supporting international businesses whose workforce is spread
across multiple countries. The LMS supports: English, German, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese,
French, Japanese, Korean, Malay and more.
We offer two LMS solutions to businesses that already have their own LMS.
- Full Integration
Available for large-scale user rollouts of 1,000 trainees or above.
- Lite Integration
Available for small-scale user rollouts, this solution allows your business to use our LMS interface,
branded to your corporate image. IT training progress reports are synchronised from our LMS to yours.
You can subscribe to LMS for either 3 or 12 month periods.
Subscription cost for 3 months = £5* / £1.67 per month, per user.
Subscription cost for 12 months = £12* / £1 per month, per user.
We recommend a 12 month subscription as it offers considerable cost savings. For example, a subscription for 100 users over 12 months will
save you 40% compared to a rolling 3 month contract.
