Microsoft Training 365 is more than just good value for money. Welcome to our guide to understanding how a subscription works and how to get the most from it.
As a subscriber, you can enrol on a range of courses. All you have to do is visit the Microsoft Training 365 website and choose the courses you want. You can revisit the website and add more courses as much as you like. You will also visit the website to use your courses too.
To look for a course, you must log in to the Microsoft Training 365 website. To do this, simply enter your subscription number in the Add Additional Courses to your Subscription panel and then click Confirm.
Once you have logged in, there are three easy ways to find the course of your choice: use Hot Products, search or browse.
Do you want to see what's trending? The Hot Products list represents the most popular courses with other 365 students. Click Add to Basket to enrol on any of them.
You can quickly search for any course by keyword or phrase. You can sort the results by their popularity or put them alphabetical order. You can also refine your results by subject, language or user level.
The Browse Courses page will let you display a list of courses for a Microsoft product. To display a list, simply click on the product that interests you (e.g. Excel 2010). You can sort this list by popularity or alphabetically. What's more, you can filter the list by user-level or by language.
Click on the name of any course and you arrive at the Course Information screen. Here a wealth of information awaits you; this includes a description of the course, the course length and user-level.
If you like, you can enrol on the course by clicking on Add to Basket.
The Review Basket screen displays all the courses that you have added to your basket. You can add, remove, and update your selection until you are happy. To enrol on these courses, click Complete Enrolment. If this is your first time, we will ask you to confirm your name and email address.>
Once enrolled, we will email you with your course login information.
To begin or continue using a course, visit the Microsoft Training 365 website. On the homepage, simply enter your login details in the Continue a Course panel and click Sign In.
This will sign you into the Learning Management System (LMS). You should now see a list of all the courses you have chosen. To begin using a course, simply click on the course title.
Want to remove a course you haven't started? Log in to the LMS. Then on the Your Courses screen, click the X icon next to the course you want to remove. On the next screen, simply click Withdraw Enrolment and your course is gone!
