Microsoft eVouchers

If you sell to corporate customers you will know that not every client will know exactly which training course, at which level, each individual employee on the roster will need. Often this can delay contract negotiations. Microsoft eVouchers represent a flexible solution to make it easier to address the needs of corporate customers and are available to those on our C.B.Learning Reseller Programme.

Microsoft eVouchers can be purchased from you directly by a customer (in advance) and redeemed by them in the future when they have a better understanding of the needs of their employees. This allows you to secure the sale today and allows your customer the flexibility of knowing they have official IT training available to them when it is needed.

How Microsoft eVouchers work

On request we supply you with Microsoft eVouchers. A Microsoft eVoucher can be redeemed against any online learning course within the price band for which it has been purchased; for example a choice of Core Office 2007 courses. Each voucher is unique, carrying an identity number which is used to redeem the voucher. A voucher can be redeemed only once.

Once you request your eVouchers will we invoice you for the number allocated. We then send an email, with your branding, to your end customer with the eVouchers attached. For your records this email will also be sent to the applicable Account Manager. This email directs the customer to a portal on our website, branded to your company, where each eVoucher can be redeemed against a course of choice. Once redeemed, the customer is sent the details to login to their course within 20 minutes.

Delivery

Microsoft eVouchers can be delivered in two ways. 

• Electronic format
  You can be supplied with your vouchers in an electronic format such as a spreadsheet. This allows you to easily maintain active numbers, control inventory holding, and provide immediate delivery to your customers at no cost.
  
  
• Gift card
  If you prefer a physical method of distribution, we provide 3 part hanger gift cards, fully branded to your corporate guidelines, which can be used to distribute code numbers in a range of circumstances from corporate training events to retail.
