Your customers will be able to contact technical support Monday-to-Friday (08.30-17:30 UK Time) via a direct-line telephone number, based in the UK, and have access to further support from the Microsoft Technical Support Team*. First tier support comes by telephone and asynchronously by email for all products. 

All technical queries are guaranteed a response within one working day, and we aim to resolve all issues within the same working day where possible.
